Since its founding in 1974, MECART has manufactured, delivered and installed thousands of modular buildings around the world. The MECART Advantage
MECART designs controlled environments, areas where noise levels, vibration, air quality, temperature and / or humidity are controlled. Air treatment implies openings and inevitably these increase the risk compromising the acoustic performance of a cabin. The air handling system is one of MECART’s strong points, both for its engineering and its manufacturing. Our robust steel wall construction is designed to withstand the most hostile industrial environments. The engineering and choice of materials can be designed to withstand extreme heat, exposure to chemicals, high humidity and saline environments.

MECART’s role does not need to be limited to the manufacturing of modular buildings and acoustic panels: we also offer turnkey service projects from engineering to installation. The turnkey option avoids unnecessary costs such as: project supervision during assembly, project management costs, construction site risks and training costs for contractors who are often unfamiliar with acoustics.
Our panels and modular buildings are manufactured in our own factory and are tailored to the specific needs of our customers.
MECART modular buildings are built using fully prefabricated acoustic panels with utilities (electrical outlets, lighting, etc.), accesses and openings previously incorporated into them. Integrating utilities directly into the panels minimizes the tradesmen needed on-site, limits interruption of operations and shortens installation time. Factory manufacturing also allows for consistent quality, more flexibility and fast delivery. The advantage of our unique modular panels is our Hook & Seal system, which makes assembling our modular buildings as simple as putting two pieces of puzzle together.
