Enclosure with Integrated Overhead Crane System

These 5 small floorless enclosures will be lifted like a bell, placed over a pump and installed on a concrete floor. The enclosures offer an acoustic reduction of 35 decibels.

What is interesting about this project is the structure of the crane is integrated into the booth structure. The overhead crane has a lifting capacity of 2000 kg. The client needed a crane system inside the enclosures to be able to occasionally lift the pump parts for maintenance.

The enclosures will be installed outdoors and include a weather protection membrane on the roof.
