In-Plant Buildings for a Cement Plant

These two modular buildings have left Mecart’s plant towards their final destination: a cement plant. To avoid corrosion with the chemicals found in the plant, no aluminium components were used. They both come with an air unit (HVAC) with washable filters and an air conditioning split system. Since the cabins are pre-assembled and will be shipped, the design integrates the appropriate structure with lifting eyes.

As you can see on the pictures, the control room includes a washroom section, a small kitchen and a desk. Telecom cables (network and telephone) were pre-wired in the walls for fast and easy cable setup once in the plant.

The second building is the terminal manager’s office with an electrical/telecom station.
